They cover the following areas:

  • Respecting Racial and Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • Promoting Communication, Feedback and complaints mechanism

  • Prioritise Health and Wellbeing

  •  Mitigating Risks, Ensuring Security and Safeguarding

  • Environmentally sustainable
